Seeing how many people called this "the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in", I definitely had higher expectations. This is a totally fine chair, but nowhere near that comfortable, and the pillow offers basically nothing other than visual aesthetics. I wouldn't expect it to hold up to very much weight or use, either, as it feels somewhat secure, but certainly not totally confidence inspiring. We already had the ottoman, so we bought the chair to go with it. I absolutely love it. It came earlier than expected, which always makes me happy. It was super easy to put together, I did it in 20 minutes after work. Super sturdy, comfortable, and looks great!

Was pleasantly surprised at quality, comfort, and overall how well it looked like the online photos. Accent chair was easy to assemble. I used thread lock to keep the screws/Allen bolts from backing out. One of the bolt covers/plug was slightly small and loose in the hole bit it was really insignificant. One more outstanding thing about this chair is how comfortable the seat is. I'd highly recommend this chair.

I originally put it together wrong because the parts aren't actually labeled. The only thing I wish is they put stickers to label parts for future customers. I originally assembled the legs flipped around and didn't realize until the end when the wooden plugs wouldn't go on. (Probably could've left it) but it was an easy fix. Very happy with the brown version. The seat has springs and foam. The width is spacious, height is long for my head to rest, and it stands low and tilted for relaxation. The pieces were packaged securely and efficiently, and the box arrived to my San Jose,CA home in just a few days. The wood is firm and finished, and the upholstery is zipper removable.

I ordered 2, they came relatively quickly and easy to put together. One chair has issues with screws lining up. I contacted the company, they responded within a day and resolved the issue. The chair fabric reminds me of a sweater and is comfortable (enough) and could fit an adult with ease.

We ordered two of these chairs for a seating area for our guest room. We needed something small scale but comfortable and these work great! They are very attractive and actually quite comfortable.
