It came in 3 different boxes, one of the boxes was 3 days behind the other two. It was pretty easy to put together and each box had a set of instructions with it. Right now the cushions are pretty hard, but i'm sure with time they won't be as hard. Only complaint is that I wish that the chaise part was longer and that it was wider in general.

The couch is beautiful and affordable. A little confusing putting it together at first so I'd recommend a second pair of hands. The couch is meant for people under 6 feet falls. It's short and sits low to the ground. Im 5'2 and it's just right for me.

Kind of stiff cushions. Not very deep and can't lay on the chaise because it's too short. Do not recommend for people over 5'5 to be honest. Does the job though.

I only had it for a few weeks but it's very cute and seems sturdy enough. The only thing I can say I have an issue with are the arm pillows, they are a little flimsy. Overall It was easy to put together, I assembled it by myself

The sectional is very beautiful. The color and texture look like it's velvet but its not. Also during the delivery, we initially received only 2 boxes. One box was missing. However, when contacted the amazon representatives were initially talking of a refund.. but to dis assemble and drop it off was difficult and we requested to send the missing half, which later the seller made sure we received. We thought it would get messed up but the seller and Amazon ensured we recieved the package. Thank y ...

The sectional sofa is exactly what they say it is, it is so gorgeous and beautiful and elegant, comfortable the color is rich looking and beautiful, my family and friends love it . Blends very very with my decor, i can go on and on about my fabulous sofa. Will recommend to family and friends, my sofa and color goes well with everything in my house, OH! Don't let me leave out it was so easy to put together and the instructions are very easy to read.

Didn't dislike anything , package came in 3 boxes , was very easy to assemble , I'd suggest to open all the cushions first to fluff them up. Very soft and comfortable. It's a good house warming couch.

i was very hesitant at first to buy a couch on Amazon. However, when it came, I was pleasantly surprised. it was quick to assemble. I have had the couch for about two months now, and it's great. My kids jump all over it and it holds up the shape, and it's pretty comfortable too.

It took me awhile to put this couch together. The three boxes came in absolutely beat up and with a ton of packing tape, but the couch inside was unharmed. The color is gorgeous. The cushions are firm. It doesn't have that styrofoam bean bag sound that some new couches have. I am 100% pleased with this couch!

if you lounge AT ALL, this isn't comfortable. it looks so cute honestly which is why i kept it BUT sitting on it hurts my back. laying in it hurts my back. if it's going to be used every single day, opt for something comfier.

Product looks like the pictures. The material is of good quality. Sadly the back cushions let this sofa down big time. The low back combined with the wafer thin back pillows make this sofa fairly uncomfortable. Doubt I'd recommend this one.

I was scared to get a couch on Amazon…. I'm so happy I chose this one. It came in three huge boxes that were pretty heavy, but I was able to get it in and assemble it myself fairly quickly. It's a firm couch (you're not going to sink in) but I think it's comfortable enough! I recommend!

It comes in 3 boxes and did require lots of assembly but it wasn't too difficult with 2 semi handy people. I advise putting the vacuum sealed seat cushions into the cases immediately after opening as they begin expanding right away. I love the material and the brass feet. In my experience you either get comfort or aesthetic. I've lounged on more comfy sofas than this but for the price it nice and the U shape is great for stretching out on.

Amazing! Needed a new couch on a budget. We also have a toddler so we didn't mind getting a cheap couch in case it got ruined. It is a great size! Not huge but not small either. It was easy to assemble I did it solo. It doesn't have the most cushion but what do you expect for $600. Over all it's great and I'm happy with my purchase. Came a lot sooner than expected too!

It comes vacuum sealed so all the cushions are compressed. ~DO NOT cut them open to let them "breathe" like you would a mattress while you put the feet on the couch.~ Seriously, just follow the directions and place the covers on once you cut them open or you will never get them to fit correctly in the covers. All in all I am very happy with this couch given its price tag. It is big enough that my 2 yr old and I can snuggle up on it and the storage ottoman I had before seems to fit right in. The pillows in the middle of this pic are my two yr olds that she feels need to be on whatever couch we have, so they are. But even with two yr old pillows, it's a nice addition. 100% would buy again and recommend to someone else. You aren't getting a down filled couch, but for the price it's an amazing deal.

Just what I was looking for and for my space and your boxes will arrive separately but no worries I sent a message about my 3rd box and they responded immediately and it arrived just like they said. It's comfortable and best value and you may need help putting it together I did by myself about 2hours with interruptions lol
