This couch is large (3 seater with ottoman) and soft and comfortable with deep seating. Seems plenty sturdy for just me and some company. The order arrived quickly and in 3 boxes. Easy to assemble. I may consider buying some taller legs as it does sit lower to the ground, but all around an excellent purchase for the price and I love the slate blue color and the heathered chenile material.

I've only had the couch for a week, so far its great. Easy to assemble, and very comfortable. It does sit low to the ground. Communication with the seller was excellent.

I ordered 2 of these chairs. One built perfectly and looks really nice. The 2nd one I was unable to complete because the screw hole didn't align. I attempted contacting the seller but it kept redirecting me to amazon assistant. I would have loved to just get a new part but was unable to. Reading other reviews, it seems like this has been a common issue. Now the item is "unavailable" so I am unable to get a new one, and now have one chair that is built and one that cant be finished.

The chair itself is pretty comfy and fits our space perfectly. However the seller support is absolutely terrible and the screws they give you do not fit. We had to buy additional screws from Home Depot to assemble. The caps also do not fit.

sits incredibly low to ground and not the most comfortable. looks nice but only comfortable if you're under 5 foot or a toddler

I love love love my little sofa! She is so cute! The perfect size for my small living room & I still have room left over for other things. Shipping was fast. Pretty easy assembly. I put it together myself in about 1hr 30 minutes maybe 2 hours. The fabric is beautiful but the pillows are flat however they tell you to let them fluff out for 24-72 hours. Super easy to put together. Wish I would've bought the dark gray instead. The black isn't as black as I thought it would be. The cushions came compressed. Says it'll be between 24 to 72 hours before they fluff out completely. Will post a photo within the next 3 days. Great size for an apartment. It arrived within 3 days of ordering. Super fast shipping.

Good product for the price, but can get super uncomfortable especially without arm rests on the side. Definitely smaller than expected but fits in well with my apartment. Cushions are rigid, but the material holds up well to dogs that like to scratch.
No big complaints other than the discomfort, but I would've saved the amount spent on this for a better quality sofa if I could do it again.

The chair came well packaged. Easy to assemble and was even more beautiful in person. I am returning them because they are really short. Like sitting in an Adirondack chair. Husband said they look like patio furniture. I think they are nice for a small space but they are not right for my space. SAD!

I really love this chair, but it is very short compared to my low couch. Of course it gave the dimensions but apparently I didn't feel the need to check them before purchasing, close to the size of a beach chair. The materials feel and look nice , it is also pretty comfortable. Easy to put together.
I will keep the chair and find a use for it , I like it that much.

The mentioned dimensions are as stated, and it's good quality for the price. It did take some time and manual fluffing to get the cushions back to full size. I used a handheld steamer to remove the remaining wrinkles in the fabric. The pink was more purple than expected, but it's still a lovely pink color.

This chair is super cute and I love the texture of the fabric. I was confused why I was missing the crosspiece, but they hide it in one of the cushions (there's a Velcro opening you can pull it out of), which you will find when doing the first step of assembly.
Besides the minor scratches, I'm pretty happy with this piece! Wouldn't say it's the most comfortable chair (super firm), but I still like it. Great and fast customer service too.

The sectional is very beautiful. The color and texture look like it's velvet but its not. Also during the delivery, we initially received only 2 boxes. One box was missing. I bought this last year. I've liked it so much, I just purchased another one. Very comfortable - more than it looks. The fabric is kind of waterproof and the covers are easy to wash with no shrinkage. Also the bolster pillows are comfortable for my lower back.

BUY THIS COUCH! The photos and videos do not do any justice. Super sturdy, super comfy and quite large for a 2seater. Cushions need to fluff so be sure to do that!
