Seeing how many people called this "the most comfortable chair I've ever sat in", I definitely had higher expectations. This is a totally fine chair, but nowhere near that comfortable, and the pillow offers basically nothing other than visual aesthetics. I wouldn't expect it to hold up to very much weight or use, either, as it feels somewhat secure, but certainly not totally confidence inspiring. This couch is beautiful and I get tons of compliments on it. I spray painted the legs a matte black color before assembling so it would better match the rest of our furniture. It's a very nice full-sized couch that takes up most the space in our small living room (which is what we wanted). I really think the only negative thing I have to say about this couch is that I wish it came in more colors! We already had the ottoman, so we bought the chair to go with it. I absolutely love it. It came earlier than expected, which always makes me happy. It was super easy to put together, I did it in 20 minutes after work. Super sturdy, comfortable, and looks great!

Was pleasantly surprised at quality, comfort, and overall how well it looked like the online photos. Accent chair was easy to assemble. I used thread lock to keep the screws/Allen bolts from backing out. One of the bolt covers/plug was slightly small and loose in the hole bit it was really insignificant. One more outstanding thing about this chair is how comfortable the seat is. I'd highly recommend this chair.

It took me awhile to put this couch together. The three boxes came in absolutely beat up and with a ton of packing tape, but the couch inside was unharmed. The color is gorgeous. The cushions are firm. It doesn't have that styrofoam bean bag sound that some new couches have. I am 100% pleased with this couch!

This couch is comfortable and it fits very well in my studio apartment. I appreciate how the covers can come off if I feel I need to give it a very light wash. It was actually very simple to put together.
I love this sectional.
I actually like how the arm rests are a flat pillow design so I can use it as a sleeper when I have guests visit.
I don't know why I didn't make this my first choice. I ordered two before this one and I'm having difficulty in returning my second one from another vendor ...

if you lounge AT ALL, this isn't comfortable. it looks so cute honestly which is why i kept it BUT sitting on it hurts my back. laying in it hurts my back. if it's going to be used every single day, opt for something comfier.

I originally put it together wrong because the parts aren't actually labeled. The only thing I wish is they put stickers to label parts for future customers. I originally assembled the legs flipped around and didn't realize until the end when the wooden plugs wouldn't go on. (Probably could've left it) but it was an easy fix. I was a little skeptical getting a couch from Amazon but I am so happy I went through with it. It's exactly what I was looking for in my small apartment. It doesn't take up very much space and allows me to have space behind it and in the front to add more furniture. Also, to assemble it didn't take very long - really only took about an hour if you know what you are doing. I'd recommend this couch to anyone looking for a small yet aesthetically pleasing look.
