This was my first big furniture purchase - I usually get second hand things. I am so so happy with my purchase. The delivery process was quick. It was shipped in 3 separate boxes - the first one through onTrac and the last two through Fedex, who required a signature for them. I got all of the boxes within 3 days of ordering. So quick and the two delivery men carried the last two 100lb boxes up to my second story apartment and into my apartment for me. As for the couch itself - unpacking and building it took me about two hours. I messed up a couple times and had to back track mostly just because I didn't look at the diagrams correctly, not really a fault of the instructions. The cushions puffed up very nicely pretty immediately. It is actually a very big couch too. Make sure you measure accurately before buying! The fabric is soft and the blue color is stunning. I am waiting on velcro to come per other reviewers suggestions so I can velcro the back cushions and the ottoman to the couch as they slip around a bit. I also wish you could order some of the pieces separately. I would love to order another ottoman for the other end. It is low to the ground as well like others have said but I really don't mind it much. I am overall so so happy with this couch. It feels lush without completely breaking the bank on one of those $3k cloud couches. Highly recommend!

Super impressed with how it turned out, my last couch was so uncomfortable and this one is great. It took a second to put together but it's just me so that's why, instructions were super easy to follow. I love this couch can't wait to get my decor pillows!

Very comfortable couch!! It's HUGE. That is my 6'2 boyfriend with plenty of room to spare on this couch. Like other reviews have stated, this couch is extremely low to the ground, but that was what we needed for our loft living room. Could easily put longer legs on the couch if need be.

Now listen, I don't EVER leave reviews for Amazon orders. But this couch? This couch is worth the race. I ordered the 3-seater AND 2-seater to create…this masterpiece!! A sectional and two arm chairs. The color is fantastic and the feel of the reddy fabric is so soft and cozy. I'll will offer to constructive things, so y'all know I'm not biased. It sits quite low and there's a slight factory *offness* to the smell of it. But it's only day one with it so I'm sure that'll wear away quickly enoug ...

all I can say is wow! the couch is so comfy and soft. it's so nice to take a nap on and watch movies. When you pull everything out of the boxes it looks overwhelming but it's very easy to set up. the boxes came on different days but it's worth the wait!

Was nervous to purchase the couch but I am glad I did. Super comfy and long ! It is low to the ground but we just bought new legs to it ! Owners are easy to communicate with as well ! Totally recommend!

Yes. It's low to the ground. I bought these MCM style add on feet from Amazon as well (see me review there) and it is the coziest couch - it looks RICH & it's my new favorite place in my home! And the black chenille is so trendy & perfect.

Whoever complained about this couch is just hard to please. It's large is soft and is comfortable. It is a little low to the ground but there's nothing I leg riser cannot fix. Do yourself a favor and buy the couch

This couch is great, sure, the feet sit too low, but for the price, I bought 4 inch feet for it and it's a dream couch. I can sleep on this, relax, game, watch movies with my wife. And be incredibly comfortable while doing it. This sofa is massive, an inch over 10 feet, and is more than enough room for us. So glad I bought it.

This couch is extremely comfortable. Very easy to assemble and came with everything needed for assembling. I was scared about the material but honestly I'm in love! 10/10 recommend. Heads up it does sit very low but there are ways to go around that. Fav Amazon purchase yet!

Arm rests do come off so as I mentioned in the title if you are looking for a huge modular sectional that doesn't brake the bank you can buy this 3 seater and the 2 seater and combine them to make a 4-6 seater like one of the previous reviewers said. I did what others mentioned in the comments where they placed double sided velcro tape on the back cushions so that they wouldn't move so easily. Otherwise cushions are washable since they all have zippers including the armrests. if you're not going to place the sofa against a wall like us it has a nice same material coverflaps on the back that is very clean and nice looking if exposed. The legs are screw on hard plastic. I got the extra throw pillows from target. Cons: no storage (which I careless if I'm getting this amazing sectional for that price)

Very good couch, worth the money. Its on the softer side of couches. The height also works well for us, i did not find it unusually low to the ground. The only thing that i would suggest to the seller is offer the couch as a single seater separately or probably purchase the parts separately, I mean its a sectional, you should be able to modify it, however you like, but other than that its a great buy! I would buy again if they offer in single seater.??

This couch is large (3 seater with ottoman) and soft and comfortable with deep seating. Seems plenty sturdy for just me and some company. The order arrived quickly and in 3 boxes. Easy to assemble. I may consider buying some taller legs as it does sit lower to the ground, but all around an excellent purchase for the price and I love the slate blue color and the heathered chenile material.

I've only had the couch for a week, so far its great. Easy to assemble, and very comfortable. It does sit low to the ground. Communication with the seller was excellent.

As you can see in the pictures- I created a 4 seater and a single seater out of the 3-seater & 2-seater I wanted a large huge couch for my family movie nights and I decided to take a risk and get 2 couches the 3-seater and 2-seater I can rearrange them how ever I want to- 2/2 seaters and single or all 5 together or 3/ and 2s/ Not to say it's super easy to clean with windex or Clorox wipes And my guests love how comfy they are. The only thing I would change is the legs… for me it's to low to fl ...

Plus, when the pillows eventually fluff out complete, it adds a tad bit more height (not a lot). Lastly, the back pillows are not secured, but we just purchased Velcro and that fixed that problem. Customer service: The customer service was AMAZING! I mistakenly ordered the Teddy Fleece texture and definitely didn't want that. I contacted the seller and the swap was easy. They advised to just decline delivery and I would receive my refund. I declined on Monday, got my refund on Tuesday. That was my fault, not theirs. They also went out of their way to message me again and advise I need to purchase the correct couch asap because it was selling quickly (which I did and got one of the last ones)! BUY THIS COUCH!??

This is by far one of my best purchases through amazon so far! I have no regrets buying this couch. It is soft, easy to assemble and the perfect size if you host a lot of get together at home or just have a big family, this couch is HUGE! I am 6'1 and my boyfriend is 6'3 and we both fit laying down this couch and still have a little space for someone to sit in the end of it! Don't think twice, it arrived in literally 2 days and took my boyfriend around 40 minutes to assemble with a electric gun. ...

Don't think twice, it arrived in literally 2 days and took my boyfriend around 40 minutes to assemble with a electric gun. It came in 3 boxes which the first one weighs almost 100lbs so it would be best if you had help bringing this inside your home. The cushions takes about 24-48hrs to "fluff" more so I am waiting on that, but even then it is already soft and you could also buy more filling for it if you wanted to. The amazon app only shows one box arriving so it would be best to ask the seller for the other (one) or two tracking numbers which he gave me in only a few hours after I had texted him.

Was skeptical because the price of the couch was lower than most similar and had no reviews. It seemed too good to be true, but I'm so happy I took the leap of faith because it is a cloud couch dupe!
